আসসালামু আলাইকুম। আমি অস্ট্রেলিয়ার ইউনিভার্সিটি অব তাসমানিয়ায় কর্মরত আছি। এই একই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পিএইচডি করে, এখানেই চাকুরী ফুল টাইম করছি। তাসমানিয়া বা অস্ট্রেলিয়া আছি ১৬ বছর ধরে। তাসমানিয়ার বিষয় হচ্ছে ১) পার্ট টাইম কাজ কম, তাই স্টুডেন্টদের ফেমিলির সাপোর্ট লাগবে। ২) তাসমানিয়া খুবই ঠান্ডা, যাদের অল্প শীতেই সর্দিকাশি লাগে, তারা দূরে থাকবেন। তবে পি আর পাথওয়ে তুলনামূলক ভাবে সহজ। পাশাপাশি আমার নিজেরো এডুকেশন কন্সাল্টেন্সি আছে।

I am summarizing some key points not fully covered in this video: 1. If you don't get a scholarship and is a fee paying student, the whole tuition fee needs to come from BD. You can only expect to earn your living cost by doing part time jobs, nothing extra. 2. PR is extremely difficult for non-STEM background people. PR in general is difficult in Australia. 3. Usually tuition fee of courses that shall lead to PR is very high (> 35k AUD/year) 4. If you are close to 35 years, please reconsider. A regulation will be in place from July 2024 that prohibits anyone over 35 years of age to apply for a post study work visa.

Also as a huge student arrived last year getting job is difficult. And regional areas are big no. Tasmania,Adelaide are regional and getting job in regional is near to impossible as opportunities are very limited. Saw so many students trying relocate in Sydney or Melbourne because of that issue. Capital of new south Wales is Sydney. And getting pr in Sydney is again next to impossible. Regional New south Wales area te less people less opportunity and less jobs. Also Sydney is one of the most expensive country regarding living expenses. So the way she was approaching on the video is not all correct. Take decision wisely. It's better to make videos regarding the country you're living right now. Because that's how you can let people go through a reality check..... Best of luck.
