Uloar, rare ,necrosis, support in new set Monelisse's Blessing can keep alive Horrus for the continental challenge summoner boss, which is vulnerable to fire dmg. Attack % chest gloves and as much attack everywhere. She also Dispell one buff from Target on battle skills, but I will not rely on it better focus on attack than mix with accuracy.

Poison has the best set of Rares in the game. Thats why the best F2P starter affinity for the past two seasons was paired with poision. Oddly enough posion has weak legendaries

Yamyra is a great tank, but I haven't used her myself. In Poison I would probably have chosen Letalis over Eli. I used him to beat the Chaos Child boss in S1. Small version of Attack Down on his passive, and reduces Ultima Energy on Battle Skill. Plus Healing Reduction. Hits hard too.

I used Yamyra in S1 for Vortex before i got Isolde (still don't have Frur or Garius...) and she did a decent job for a rare. I like her.

I decided to use Yamyra over Horrus as a fire tank in order to save scrolls and she is my MVP for fire. With her passive she tanks bosses so well

Letalis is so underestimated imho...

Even if Eli does good damages, i would have place Letalis on the list instead of him. Perfect enabler for Sigrid, Boss ultimate knockback, even have a little debuff attack in his passive.
