The way you talk about Gozo reminds me of Rosendo Mateu n°5, which I absolutely adore and recommend all the time cause it's so unique and beautiful and sensual, so I have to try Gozo ! Also I tried Miksado from Jeroboam and even tho it's not for me I found it so addictive !!! This house really intrigues me.

I'm having a powdery moment and have fallen madly in love with Loukhoum Eau Poudrée by Keiko Mecheri. Loukhoum Eau Poudrée is a soft, feminine, baby powdery beauty, that for me is super soothing and mood lifting. And by mood lifting I don’t mean in an energy increasing or invigorating way, but rather, in a happy, content, copacetic, experiencing peace-of-mind way. In a “ not a care in the world” zen way. Loukhoum Eau Poudrée has absolutely no sharp edges- the notes listed are white Rose, Orris Powder, Violet Leaf, Narcissus, Dragée (Candied Almond),Madagascar Vanilla and Crystalline Musk and the are perfectly balanced and smoothly blended. It’s very pretty and when I wear it the experience exudes serenity. I’ve never heard anyone talk about or review this fragrance. Even though it’s an older fragrance (2008) it’s still surprising to me that I never hear anyone mention it because for anyone who likes powdery fragrances, this to me is perfection - particularly in the clean, baby powdery realm of powdery perfumes. People who dislike the scent of baby powder, will probably not like this. Loukhoum Eau Poudrée reminds me a lot of Jean-Charles Brosseau's Ombre Rose (1981). Loukhoum Poudrée is more refined and elevated than OR & with its candied almond confectionary note it takes Poudrée into slight gourmand territory, that Ombré Rose lacks, but the two fragrances walk down the same powdery, romantic, pretty path, sharing Rose, Orris, Musk & Vanilla.

My 3 obsessions lately. YSL La Nuit de L’homme Le Parfum, I can’t believe I just let this sit on the shelf for so long, amazing LNDL flanker. Killian Straight to Heaven, with two sprays of Nishane Ani layered over, perfection. And the third, Initio Rehab, the epitome of a fragrance that melds with your skin chemistry, and for me it works amazingly.

At the moment, I really love wearing Ambre Khandjar by Une nuit nomade (sad that they are almost too present in social networks, at the feet of influencers, not a fan of this kind of practice but their fragrances are trully good, I also love Click Song!), I'm obsessed with Peau d'ambre by Pierre Guillaume Parfumerie but I also wear I lot after the shower Neroli Woods by Banana republic. You can't mention Scherzo enough. I feel it reflects who I am strongly, too! I'm known for wearing rosy scents. I plan to buy a 100 mL soon. Btw, I tried overspraying for the first time yesterday. I sprayed at least 15 sprays of Grand Soir and in minutes I coulf no longer spray it -_- 😂

Hi Clemence! 👋 Wow, I really want to try Commodity Milk. 🥛 I bought a big decant of Blanche Bete by Liquides Imaginaires months ago and I thought I hated it, but I've been coming around to it 180°! I find the milkiness very comforting, so I've been wearing it to go to bed. 😁 I think I will like the Commodity range more. 🍭🙂👍

Ok, Gozo is an interesting one. I sampled it a few days ago and it smelled like a barbie doll mixed with bubble gum - hated it. Started watching this video and pulled out the sample again. Now I'm looking for the best place to buy a full bottle. What just happened?

@@clemenceccfragrance I tried it when I was at jovoy a month ago. For some reason it smells different on my skin. The florals are there in the opening but it seems to smell more incense and middle eastern,then later it's more like a sweet hard candy with spices, and a little bit of musk and woods. I was going to get desir toxique, but the man at the store recommended gozo for me because it would last longer.
