Light touch on the arm is something you need to do ASAP. I did this with a coworker to plant the seed and when we finally went out, I grabbed her hand when she tried to grab the bill (yes, SHE tried to grab the bill, so awesome) and held her hand for a few seconds and said, "no I got this" while looking into her eyes. She didn't pull back at all. Then when we decided to watch a movie, she was leaning on my arm and although she shifted here and there to get comfortable through the movie, she'd periodically be against my arm. You gotta break the touch barrier ASAP so you can proceed onto much better things.
