That's amazing bro. Psychology is one thing I have struggled with for a very long time till I took some mindset short course. My rule now is - If I'm down or not in the good mood, I either don't trade or I work on my mood first cos it's true that you attract what you feel and what you think about so I remove bad energy first. music plays a crazy important role in my trading. I just play hyped up music to change my mood first, sing, do my affirmations THEN I start looking at the market. Another rule is, I only start looking at the market only at specific times of the day. If I'm not gonna trade, I simply just ignore everything forex. When I reach my daily target, I turn off my laptop so not to overtrade cos I know you'll always see a setup when you "Just looking" and you'll end up overtrading
