So Nr. 1 is bait go opposite direction, nr.2 is bait go opposite ring edge, and nr3 is quick acces to finish with opposite hand for shooting faster

Any tips for a 12 year old with the up and under? I don't make the distance on the other side of the rim and when I do I don't have enough power to lay it in.

You might have to delay your take off, or just use a basic reverse lay up as a counter

As a small guy driving to the hoop, how does finishing with the opposite hand (depending on side of the court you're on), help? I feel like that's easier to get blocked cuz the arm and ball is now closer to the defender.. unless the opposite shooting arm now places the ball behind the defender's contest attempt? I've practiced the euro-step before, but the under the rim up and under requires some athleticism, and my fatass needs to drop 5lb and gain extra 2 inches in my limbs in order to make that shot more times than miss.

How does the inside hand layup work. As in how is it better than the outside hand. Isnt the inside hand easier to block for defenders.

Definetly bro I was 178 last year and I was able to touch the rim. Now I am 182 and I can dunk. You just need a couple inches more than me
