high end real estate agents are so cringe. The rose garden looks horrible and so does the Bougainvillea, but when you have a property like this you are going to have a subpar Garden because there are no skilled people working and Garden's. Also for 200 million, really should get a uniform lawn at least right off the back patio. Horrid horrid landscape for such an expensive house.
