Good and valid suggestion on investment. . Someone asked in your comments if investing in the way of Allah and giving benefits to mustekhin is a good investment. Sure that is a good investment from religion point of view. Generally speaking, making an investment is a worldly affair and it is governed by worldly rules. It will be better if we make investments based on logic and wisdom (that Allah has bestowed on us) than on emotions, ofcourse we can use the profits for own expenses as well as spend in Mustekhins as well.

Totally agreed, but don’t just give money, give ideas and resources to generate their own income and be independent. Just like prophet (pbuh) made an axe for some poor needy person to go and cut woods earn a living rather than making them dependent on charity. Chinese say don’t give a fish to a hungry person but teach him how to catch a fish

Property investment in Pakistan is growth oriented only as the rental return is mostly around 3 -4% or less and its nothing against the inflation , rental returns in other countries:Dubai 6-8 % ,USA 8 -10 % ,UK 6 - 8%
