3rd story, I feel like a lot of people missed the part where OP has to work from home to care for the kids because they cant afford daycare and the husband can't work from home. It is far less admirable for him to want to keep the kids with that. She had to change her whole rhythm around, and her job might be cool with this temporarily

*1.* Not a real friend, but men aren’t exactly safe at night either. She needs to get an Uber. *2.* YES, OP *is* the ahole. Your daughter’s education is worth more, the other kid shouldn’t have had another child. It’s a parents responsibility to make sure *their own kids* get what they need first. I’m a firm believer is *your kid is your responsibility*. Grandparents are there for birthday gifts, Christmas gifts and baby sitting on the weekend. *3.* I think OP is emotionally the ah. But financially I understand, I wonder if she’s able to sue the mom for the money spent. (Edit) I wonder if her leaving will pressure her husbands family to put their foot down with his sister?

First off the jar is adorable! As for the stories; 1. After 3 years of friendship, yes he is an AH for being that way now if they are still "friends". True friends care about each other's safety. He stopped caring after being told no, that's not a friend. 2. That mom is AH and I wouldn't be surprised if her daughter decided to cut her off completely in the future. She picked one over the other, that's clear. Older one should have stopped having kids if it was causing physical and financial problems. Not the mom's responsibly. 3. I understand husband wanting to take care of family, but don't blame wife. She didn't sign up for kids and to have 3 young ones just dropped on them.. Wow. She knows it is not something she can do so I understand her stepping out of the picture. I just feel bad for the kids. Poor babies are probably just wanting someone to love them and everyone is just wanting to pass them to the next person except their uncle.

I feel like the Mom in story two glances over her younger daughter so regularly that those "cryptic posts on social media" were just her daughter flat out talking truth and mom just chooses to act oblivious... she should let her daughter worry about her own and follow suit and take care of HER own. I use triple thick poly spray and it works great. It would seal the inside for you too.

@@ResinateByChanel it’s so much better than trying to top coat everything with resin. Dry to the touch in about 20 minutes and cured fully in a few days. You’ll love it!

💐 this flower jar is so lovely! I like the flower colors and the spakles match them perfectly. I agree with your opinion on the first story but I think you were too kind on the second story. The mother keeps on making excuses for her actions but in the end she choose to jeopardise one of her daughter's furure for one that made wrong choices. Don't make children if you can't assume them. I totally agree with you for the last story, the sister is a 10/10Ah, how can you leave children so young (makes me want to cry). I can't blame the girl for wanting to leave. I really admire the brother for taking in his nefews but he shouldn't guilt trip his girlfriend to help him.

1st story: seems like op was only walking the friend home because they wanted more, op said it didn't matter friends said no so why stop walking her home? it's not safe to walk home alone. so yeah kinda the AH. 2nd story: yep big AH the children is your daughters problem. stop having babies if you can't afford them. don't take collage funds for others not fair on younger daughter. 3rd story: op is not an AH, she made it clear she don't want to be a mum. understandable that brother wants to help out but you can't expect those who are against children to look after them.

Tbf she’s more likely to be harmed by him than a stranger on campus. OP2: 5/10 I know that had to be a heartbreaking situation but you can’t just steal your kids future like that. A university fund is a promise to your child. OP3: NTA but sad that they couldn’t make it work 😢 I wish they could have made a happy if unexpected family. SIL 10/10

Also, I am raising my 27 yr old daughters 4 children 😌Yes it's hard but I am a firm believer in the fact that it takes a village to raise a child🤎🤎 So I am a praying woman I have an amazing mate, my younger daughter 20 yrs old is an awesome titi, my church family are amazing and yeah it's a lot on me but when everyone plays their part I can make the necessary moves and the Lord keeps it all together 💯💯🖤🤎🖤🤎🖤🤎✌🏽🙏🏽

Not a bad idea at all!! 😊 I actually use nail polish to seal some of my names onto my custom jars and picks! I just want to use something different that will coat the entire jar so it won't look patchy if that makes any sense! ❤

The second story mad me a little angry smh. I feel bad for the older sister and all her issues but she’s clearly healthy enough to keep procreating so she has to deal with that. It was NOT ok that the younger sibling should suffer for her sisters poor decisions… just awful. I’d give OP 7/10.

Story 1: he is not the AH but neither is his friend. They both have the right to say no. Story 2: yes you are the AH Story 3:i will never u derstand people who think its okay to ask other people to help raise their kids. I get the "it takes a village" but that village should have an option to say no

For story 2 I do think she is HORRIBLE I get compassion but it’s HER choice and not younger daughters fault so she shouldn’t pay the consequences for her older sisters bad choices
