Definitely 3 of the most important rhings to remember that's for sure and machine speedmy new bloke thought just yesterday if he upped the speed he'd get and early mark. Flad one of my other boys yelled at him before he burnt through and he had to stay back later to clean up all the fling off. He now has today and Monday off as punishment 😊 can't afford to have dxxk heads running the show if im thinking of jumping off the tools.
