Definitely helpful to watch. Restarting my journey and I plan on buying a food scale, new body scale and download my fitness pal. I bought myself a new gallon water jug too to increase my regular water intake since that's what I mainly drink. Besides making my own juices each week.

Thank you for another helpful video. can you talk about free weights vs machine weights (where you just move the pin) vs weights where you add the plates on... I'm not sure what they are actually called my gym i think it's hammer strength. Lost 60lbs still look the same 2 me. Maybe because it was mostly cardio

Brix, I have cerebral palsy. I can't lift weights like a normal person. But I can walk. Cardio has never been a problem for me. But weight training is very difficult. Any tips to make it easier????
