Styx, Kansas, Journey, Foreigner, Boston, Doobie Brothers, Aerosmith, Jefferson Starship (Gotta mention this band because of their killer album 'Red Octopus' from 1975) and I'm sure there's plenty of others. And I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one whose favorite Styx album is 'Equinox'. To this day it is still my favorite Styx album. And I've followed Styx also since their first album which I bought on Vinyl back in the day

My brother had 'Equinox' on 8-track, so I think we've had it in every format (except for reel to reel). I love the 'Red Octopus' album. It's the only Jefferson Starship album I had growing up.

@@MusicMeanderings I had 'Equinox' on 8 Track also and played it to death in my car. My favorite Jefferson Starship album though to this day is still 'Freedom at Point Zero' when Mickey Thomas came aboard. What a killer album. But I remember being at a friends house with a few other friends at the time in 1975 and them playing 'Red Octopus' constantly on their record player. Such a great album. Same thing applies to the album 'Alive!' from Kiss (although I'm not really a Kiss fan, have never really cared for them) and the neighbor a couple of houses down from me playing that album over and over again. Great music from the 70's for sure. A great time to have grown up.
