Popular opinion actually. But the ending made no sense still. I'll ask you this: why did eren HAVE to kill his own mother? Why didn't he save sasha? Why did he let himself be manipulated by ymir instead of fighting for control to be free? Why did the rumbling stop with zeke's death when ymir was the one in control, and by extension, eren? If eren or ymir or whatever could free eldians from the titan curse, why not just get rid of the 13 year curse, buy time for paradis, and avoid a full rumbling after PROPERLY discussing things with his friends? Nothing makes sense because eren at the end is JUST a plot device. He has no character anymore, his character was COMPLETELY ASSASSINATED.

Reiner and Bertholdt’s revel/betrayal is easily a Top-5 moment in the entire series! Regardless if you read the manga or not, watching them transform into The Armored and Colossal Titans was a jaw-dropping moment!

#1 should've been when everyone finally reached the bottom of Arin's basement. There was so much anticipation surrounding what Grisha was hiding in the basement since episode 1 and it essentially was the moment where the Attack on Titan's universe expanded beyond our initial expectations, revealing that Eldia is just an island surrounded by multiple continents, one of which was hell-bent on exterminating its inhabitants using Titans. This moment set the stage for Attack on Titan's final arcs and would eventually answer multiple questions that were left unanswered.

It's amazing... The anime really touched me personally! Being born and raised as a Palestinian who never got to experience freedom as most people around the world did!! It's crazy how accurate is the resemblance between its story and the Palestinian-Isreali conflict, the walls built around me, and even the inability to travel freely around my own country and other countries around the world...Showing both perspectives of freedom from both sides. I was thinking that too lately. The Eldia - Marley conflict resembles the Israel - Palestine conflict a lot. I think what the story tells us is that it's not the ordinary people that are the devils, but the corrupt leaders who rule them and use hate and fear to steal other's freedom and profit from war. Just like Eren, when raised in a system of injustice and war, people become violent. It's the cycle of hate. Hopefully, better leaders will prevail in your region and both Palestinians and Israelis will live safely and freely. Sending my wishes to you.

We find out that EREN was the one who sent Dina/The Smiling Titan to go eat his own MOTHER, insted of Bert/The First Colossal Titan! 2. Levi loses Farlan and Isabel. 3. Levi cries for the first time, after FINALLY gaining his 'Wings Of Freedom'. And 4. Conny figures out that his Mom was still alive, but in Titan form... This is how Hange, Erwin & Levi figure out that the 'Titans' they've been k*lling all of these year... Were Humans!

In my top 10, I have 5 scenes that weren't shown in this whole video. 1. Annie's appearance in the woods, with the jungle music, slowdown. 2. Eren's speech to Falco "Keep moving forward" with the Eren reveal. 3. Eren flying over the world, a scene that brings tragic tears to my eyes. 4. Mikasa's Arigato to Eren about the scarf, and the love healing his hand. It's the opposite of the ending. 5. Levi vs Beast titan in the Woods!!! I cannot believe some of these were skipped! Erwin's charge to save Eren from Reiner by leading the formation of regular titans after him, while the pre-Levi squad talked Bertholdt to near insanity is sorely missing from this otherwise great list. The moment he was taken off his horse by a titan and still commanded the charge as he was carried to almost certain death... that scene stuck with me for years.

To be completely honest, I personally don't think anyting tops Bertholdt and Reiner reveal that was one of the most craziest scenes in anime history. Declaration of war should be #2.

What’s crazy about the Sasha moment is when she says “meat,” the Japanese word is Nico…short for Niccolo the guy she was seeing. 😢 Double the heartbreak.

this is a fanmade theory that's been spreading like wild fire and it's not correct (trust me I wish it had been myself) the japanese word for meat is "niku" and unfortunately the word in the manga really is written with the symbol (kanji) for meat. Had the author meant to make an allusion to Nicolo he would have written it in katakana (which is for foreign words/loanwords or when one wants to emphasize something) and also would have added a scene where she called him Niku/Nick for short. Really it would have made sense like that but unfortunately there was nothing like this in the manga. :(

I’m actually shocked the basement isn’t on here. I remember when I first saw that episode my jaw fucking dropped because it completely changed the whole series for me. Them realizing that humanity wasn’t extinct and in fact there is a whole world out there that is hell bent on killing them was shocking. That plot twist completely changed the show for me.
