some of the footage are obviously taken from a PC with an emulator (rpcs3) , not a real physical PS3 , this console was famous for it frame rate drops, the horrendous aliasing and run game at sub HD (720p) resolution, and many games of this list were multi platform ones, i suggest you make a list with PS3 exclusivity instead !

you can actually, u just need a very powerful phone with LOTS of storage, then you can emulate ps3 games using winlator, I'd suggest looking it up on youtube, BUT most of the games cant run on a smooth 60 fps even on a very powerful phone but its still worth a try
