A video of the top 30 European sprinters from 1950 - 2018. I don't think there's any real glaring omissions but if there is I'm sure it will get mentioned in the comments section.
In the time that I've followed the sport Dayjur is comfortably the best sprinter I've seen. I would have thaught the majority of people who watch this video would agree with me on that. Quite simply one of the fastest racehorses the world has ever seen.

Dayjur was bred by my great aunt, Georgia Hofmann. His dam was Gold Beauty, my aunt's champion sprinter, who was the grand-dam of Sky Beauty, Triple Tiara winner and Eclipse Award winner. My aunt studied bloodlines and was passionate about horses. She produced some of the world's fastest thoroughbreds who loved to run.

To be fair it can’t be any other horse there has never been anything like Dayjur Battash is probably the closest because of the way both horses stride away from there opposition and do it with such class as well

Very good list, and an enjoyable watch. The nitpicker in me would be complaining about the abence of Floribunda, Bay Express and Lochnager, but there you go.

It’s a pity Committed was not included. She won the Abbaye twice as well as the William Hill Sprint Championship amongst others. In Europe she ran 27 time for 17 wins, 4 seconds and 3 thirds.......costly against colts.

Abernant was a fantastic sprinter and had speed to burn. He would have beaten most of the sprinters of today.
