Some of the prices are down from a year ago. Collectors are going to take back the hobby, as more flippers switch to low-end cards, or leave hobby completely

Slightly confused by this list and why it is so proliferated by Jordan, when some other Shaq cards from this time period bring some pretty high prices? PSA10 upper deck rookie is around the 500-600 mark for starters.
