I thought that W was the only one who doesn't sleep and just stares into the ceiling instead. Turns out, there's quite a number of operators who can't really sleep, like Schwartz, constantly waking up and checking around.

I've done almost everything in the game and I literally don't even remember under what circumstances your characters can be inficted with sleep. It's crazy to think that somebody put this much effort and creativity into nearly 200 animations most people will never see.

I'm pretty sure there is no situation which inflicts sleep on your ops. This seems to be the base animations for them when they interact with furniture classified as 'beds' The closest we have to it in battle is the stun animations. Which for the most part use the death animation but does not retreat your op. As far as I know, only Grani is exempt from this since she has a unique death animation. Edit : spelling

@@mlhx9181 That explains that then. I actually do have beds in one of my dorms but I don't remember ever seeing an operator use them. I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised considering the base is such an undercooked feature that it's still labelled as 'beta' despite not having changed much in like a year.

We need a comp of all operators so far with their sleep animations. Especially since we got new operators. My favorites are Irene where she shoots a fly while she's sleeping. And Mlynar, who only gets a wink of sleep before he jolts awake, fully alert.

What is interesting about arknights animation is some enemies didn't turn into originium dust when die such as talulah and ursus royal guard... There are also animation on deployed operators when not attacking enemies such as akafuyu and la pluma
