Some changes I would make (imo) Sakura 6th, hashirama 8th, jiraiya higher up, edo itachi over kabuto (but below nagato, kabuto is overrated), remove indra and ashura (featless) and that's about it I personally would put kakuzu on this list rather than shisui cause shisui is fodder (got folded by Danzo easily and no other feats) If you want I can give reasonings for my changes W vid overall 🔥

I honestly think Naruto should be as one in the ranks when it comes to the move TL since all saskue really did was destroy a piece of the meteor with his chidori and the rasengan is far stronger then the chidori so in conclusion Naruto could do way more damage and Naruto has more feats then saskue in TL like beating toneri otsusuki in kcm1(weakest form) and busting the moon to shatters with one punch from kcm1 chakra and evading a light speed attack the size of half the earth which was toneris attack. You'd have to work with DMS Kakashi's hax, also Shippuden Sakura is not stronger than Madara but her adult counterpart is. Hagoromo and Hamura are junda weird but base Toneri was stated to have similar chakra to Kaguya and he'd reach the same power level of Hamura with the Tenseigan. So this would be the list. Teen Sakura < Madara < Kaguya >= Base Toneri < TCM Toneri = Hamura < Hagoromo. So maybe yeah.
