Dear Amry. Thank you for the excellent work you do here.I want to commend you for the great answers. I always have challenges with competency based questions. But each time i walk into an interview room and talk about that example of the colleague who earned themselves a reputation of being lazy, I blow everyone's minds. The interviewer can have a variety of motivations for asking this question, assessing behaviors and commitment to that type of role or industry so first would be explaining that you would ask for feedback to get context for the hiring decision and to improve in future, and second to confirm that you would not give up looking for a similar type of role.
