I have MAPS Anabolic and I love it. For the first time in my adult life, I don’t have any back pain. I grew muscles in the prephase. I feel stronger, look better and my posture is great. Btw, I'm 61 year old female. I love Mind Pump and listen to the four of you every day. Thank you for all you have done for me.

MAPS 15 has been a life saver for me! As a new mom I do not have an hour to dedicate even 2 days a week. I can find 15 minutes. If I can't find 15 minutes, there's usually a day I can find 30 and tie 2 workouts together...or do 2 15 minute sessions. It's helping to let go of such a structure and embrace doing a little here and there when I can squeeze in the time! Thanks for your expertise 👌

@@360FreshHypnosisI love MAPS15 too! I’m going through it for a second time. It is my go-to summer program. I have a garage gym that isn’t insulated and the 100+ degree temps make working out longer than 20-30 minutes very draining.

I have MAPS Anabolic, Performance, aesthetic, Anabolic Advanced and Strong. Only did Anabolic and just finshed Anabolic Advanced. Today was my first day of MAPS Strong and im super thrilled to go through it! I think it might be my favorite as far as what i enjoy, but i loved everything ive done so far as well.

Started the MAPS 15 today. Couldn't believe it took me just 20 minutes (the advanced version). I've always been very slow and easily got distracted between sets even without phone, just by thinking of something. Let's see how it goes

I got Aesthetic as my first program, then followed it up with Anabolic and Split. Over the course of the 3 programs I've gone from 67kg to 82kg at the same bodyfat percent. Great job for the programming and for everything you do with the podcast! ❤

@@mariagrangeno9367 i personally love push pull leg splits simply bc i have the time to go to the gym 6 days a week. So if you dont have the time i wouldnt go for it. If you do, the result will be excellent

I'm currently running MAPS Performance Phase 1, and it's one of the most fun training regimens I've ever done! The focus on athletic performance has kept me engaged and motivated. I also own MAPS Anabolic, Aesthetic, and Strong, and I'm excited to add MAPS Symmetry to my collection to ensure balanced development and address any imbalances. MAPS Symmetry has been the best one for me so far. Completed Anabolic, Performance, Power Lift, and MAPS 15. They were all great too but I saw the best results from Symmetry. Don’t sleep on that one. Glad Mind Pump regularly recommends working it in every couple of programs.

I’m a Physical Therapist and will definitely be checking out MAPS Symmetry! I come from a background of mainly push/pull/legs splits and have been loving the full body workouts! So far this year I’ve ran MAPS Anabolic and now about half way into Performance. Great programs, keep up the great work and positive messages!

I have been watching mind pump for some years now. I finally listened and increased my calories to 2500, the first thing I noticed was that my energy increased. I’m on phase two of Muscle Mommy and seeing some nice gains. Thank you for all you do

I’m brand new here and don’t even know where to start. I’m a 47 yr old female. I eat Whole Foods and do 15 mins of hiit 6 days a week. Sometimes I can do weights with the exercises. Last year I was lifting heavy (for me) and gave myself tennis elbow. I’ve got that cleared up and am ready to get back to it in my home gym. I’m scared of hurting myself again. I’d like to lose some weight and tone up.

Been doing Maps Anabolic for 2,5 months together with some priming movements for shoulder pain, first program I've followed. And I'm so grateful for this, have seen huge(!!) improvements in mainly strenght but also in muscle. My plan is to do Performance after this, in a deficit. I really needed hearing you guys hammer in the same message around training and the importance of muscle over and over again. Thank you for uploading great episodes again and again, quality is most important but for this topic I for some reason need the quantity also!

I loved hearing the thoughts behind these core programs- I know that all the programs you create are planned with purpose and intention. Your podcast and Anabolic changed my thinking, my approach to exercise, my body and my entire life. I am so grateful for your work all all your content. I’m in my last week of Muscle Mommy, it was a decrease in volume for me and I’m feeling amazing! I’ve been doing anabolic and powerlift training for the last three years, after Muscle Mommy I’m doing Symmetry!!!

I just found out about y’all. I trained heavily in my early to mid 20s slowed down a bit and now starting to train back up again and build muscle. This video has been so helpful- I’ve been trying to figure out which program to start with to make sure I do things properly with the least amount of injury.

I can highly recommend MAPS Anabolic. I knew alot of the exercises, but i didn't know when, how many sets or how long to rest. Its like having all the ingredients but not know how to cook. Having a program is like having a cook book. Another thing, I used to go into the gym and use the machine or weights that no one was using. No plan no direction and then I would do the exercises that i knew and the ones I was good at. Having a great program makes you consistent rain hail or shine, I'm at the gym twice a week. Thanks for a great show again guys

I guessed 3/4 of the programs they named, and I can’t believe I forgot about prime! 😅 Have all four, and I have benefited so much from all the ones I’ve done/used. Can’t wait to get back to symmetry after my upcoming powerlifting meet prep, and I plan to do performance this year as well. I just finished Maps Anabolic for the second time. It’s a great program that has helped me keep on and build more muscle which is very important at age 54. MAPS Performance is next for me. I’ve been working out since I was ten years old so this is my lifestyle not just a hobby. MAPS Anabolic sounds interesting! I’d love to check it out. Mind Pump is awesome!!!

I got the RGB bundle first and recently got symmetry. I instinctively knew I had imbalances. I’ve noticed having the structure of a MAPS program is what’s missing from many workouts, I rarely see anyone at the gym logging their workouts, just wandering machine to machine

So glad to see you do this video. I'm a 70 year old ex athlete who has been doing a lot of cardio (mostly biking). I had my son buy me the resistance band workout for Father's Day and have been doing it for the 3rd week. Did I mess up? Where should I be starting? I have done very little resistance training for last several years. I'm enjoying program but willing to make a change.

This is very helpful information. I have almost all the MAPS programs and would have liked to have this type of direction at the beginning of my MAPS journey. My biggest problem is balance issues. I cannot find any of your programs which address this issue specifically, and balance prevents me from doing some of the exercises such as the Bulgarian split squat.

i love ur programs at the start of the yr i completed ur split program and it blew me up and now im phase 2 week 3 of aesthetic. i dont know what to do after aesthetic though. any suggestions on wat program i should do next. my next goal is cut from my current weight of 77kg to 70kg.

Maps Symmetry sounds great but the website description says “equipment needed: suspension trainer…”. I don’t have one but I have bands, dumbbells and a cable machine. Can I find a way to complete the exercises? I’ve already done Anabolic, Prime and Anabolic Advanced.

Ive been listening for a while now and would love to know where to start. Im 52 and post menopausal. The period where you gain 20lbs out of nowhere is where im stuck. I work out strength train 3 days a week and walk between 12-15k steps a day for work and 10k on weekends. Previously my doctors said not to work out everyday because of cortisol so i backed of and gainging weight. I should add that i eat 90% whole food due to issues with preservatives that i never had before menopause. Any suggestion would be helpful.

So I have anabolic, muscle mommy, power lift , maps 15 and split. And honestly don’t know where to start. Family member bought this for me so I could follow a program as this could be why I am not getting results. Not new to the weight room. I’m the typical older woman who just wants results and lose body fat. 60 in aug. any suggestions?

What are you more likely to stick to... A longer program twice a week or a shorter program daily? If the answer is twice a week, go with Anabolic. If the answer is a shorter program daily, go with MAPS 15.

I like the workouts but I wish you have more info on them as to what is the appropriate position. It is hard to see the exact technique when looking at the person doing them on the video you have on maps.
