Don't buy Firefox Bad Attitude 8. It's a faulty product. Firefox themselves have pulled that bike back from retailers after receiving numerous complaints. I'd suggest go for Hero Sprint Traveller Hybrid Bike. It comes with 21Speed Microshifter Gear with dual disc brake. 700c x 35c Ralson tyre for smooth long ride.
