Butter butter fruit underrated, you can increase your speed to make impact of your hits stronger, and you can also put butter in the enemies eyes blocking their sight, and possibly you could probably put butter on your enemies body to make their hits slide off, and just imagine going faster then gear 2 Luffy at the gear’s peak, that would be crazy.

I think the jacket jacket fruit is kinda overpowered since when you get put on, you can control the person inside of you. For a quick showcase: there’s three poeple, one ally, one that’ll try to attack you and you. Your ally put gas in a room with the enemy, this gas is a sleeping gas, after the effect of the gas in the room runs out, the enemy will sleep just fine and your ally will put you on the enemy. Now you can control him and even get him into prison or to other poeple. Imagine this with Kaido: he sleeps, someone puts me on him and i can now control KAIDO, i can even kill him by going at the marine fortress, showing myself to akainu and explaining everything, I’ll unzip myself and he will burn the head off of Kaido and BOOM, im now a pirate hunter, i gained 4b berry and i can do this to ALL yonkos except maybe Blackbeard since he doesnt sleep at all. The jacket jacket fruit is overpowered/ OP

I'm not saying you're wrong but for me it still depends on the user. You never know that even a useless DF can be at least annoying to deal with. My example may not be annoying but still gives Luffy a hard time to deal with is the string string fruit of Doflamingo. His Bird Cage is already crazy ability but it can also repair the users damaged parts of its body using strings, its like he healing himself but for temporary. And the reason for the Smile Fruit is just an artificial DF, so its not surprising if that DF has more downside than the ordinary DF.
