Hi Barsha, Welcome back! I personally liked Momo’s soup; tomato achar; pudina achar (made with mint); fish curry; goat meat [with lot of jhola-(sauce)]; fry chiuraa with potatoes and onion; and many others. Nepali cuisine is dherai mitho chha.

Best daal bhat I had in Nepal so far is somewhere along the highway between Kathmandu and Dhunche. The best momo had sao far at Patan Darbar Square. To be honest Wei Wei is definitely the best instant noodle brand, I even brought them back home. Half of the Nepali food and snacks are same as Bangladeshi just different name. Nepali khana meetho chhaa 🙏

When I went to Kathmandu I tried all of the required dishes. I had the Dal Bhatt, Chicken Sekuwa, Gundruk, Choila, Kachila, and lots of Momos!! Nepali food is amazing..Mitho!!

My favourite was Dhal Bhatt! All of the different foods you get taste so good together and everything is so full of flavour. And roti is amazing too! When I was in Nepal I got in the habit of ordering it (even without curry) at many of the places we went to eat. Thank you Barsha for another video!
