Might have snubbed Sicia Flametongue...very good burn placer/activator + decrease def and weaken debuffs as well. Plus, she's the companion champ to Cardiel, so running those two together is even better.

Sicia really falls off because of weak hits not landing HP burns then you completely miss the kit. I would love to use her but everytime she just doesnt work for me 😭

Lazarius is definitely a game changer I use him in both PVP and PVE, and don't forget his 1 ally revive in his support role.

I pulled a random void yesterday due to Graazur being on a 15-chance, just the one I thought in case. I saw gold and out came Acrizia. I can still barely believe it. I´ve got horrible luck with shards normally so this was extra sweet. I had a streak of Raaf-matab, Shirimani, Bystphus, Ultan of the Shell, Skartosis, dupe Gamuran dupre Cleoptrix, and Suzerain Katonn. Back-to-back vault champions, a horrible streak. Now the last month I´ve got Krisk, Duchess, and Acrizia. The RNG is crazy!

Since you're a major fan of Michinaki (so am I by the way) Lady Mikage is A Must in Hydra, even if only for her A1 ability on her base form > doesn't matter how fast your Michi is (or slow) > for every A1 of Mikage, Michi follow as a shadow skin ally attack (extra hp burn) + his hex where he also joins in for every ally that attacks (even more hp burns)... Michi is my n°1 damage dealer and has been for a long time on both UNM Clan Boss and Hydra Clan Boss and is always paired up with Mikage 🙂

I use Husk, working on a double-Husk. And I love my +1 Kantra the Cyclone. Her Passive allows her land those DeBuffs through the Poison Cloud. Still working on my Trunda ... And yeah, Michinaki is absolutely killer. Mithrala? Yes.

I would definitely put Ukko in there. He's in so many teams. Increase speed, revive, decrease attack, buff strip, block debuffs, maybe even a provoke set to back up your main provoker.

Sad to see Ukko and wukong didn't make it. I need that buff strip so much on my teams - followed by a block buffs. I guess it doesn't matter if you can mischief tank well enough, but my teams aren't that fixed/dedicated yet.

Urost the best secondary provoker in the game, with him you only really need another secondary one, no need for a main one. 75% chance to place provoke when anyone on your team gets attacked if they have a strengthen buff from anyone on them. This is good enough that with a 3 turn cool down 100% provoker that head stays provoked. And with an increase buff champ your team doesn't die. This guy and seeker or husk depending on affinity was all the provoke I needed He has decrease speed reliably on certain heads which is helpful but not amazing and has ally protect and strengthen with a base hp of 24000 your team doesn't die if you have one healer with him Plus brings his own shield which stays on and thus depending on the team be your mischief tank he's the most underrated champ in the game, he can solo so many areas, is solid in arena, and is god tier for wave control and team support. The same thing that makes him great in Hydra that control and team support makes him great for live arena

Brutal team 1 key Death Knight as Mischief tank Built for Hydra not Arena, I don't focus on Arena. And my other provoker not the best but fills both roles for me Acrizia, the only champ I ever pulled for outside of a fusion, and finally got lucky Artak at the moment built with relentless but aiming to change it to hex it's way better Urost built with guardian and perception I use his aura to help with 80 Ris and he's the main tank/provoker Elva has the revive, heal and speed buff however I tend to be fine on survival so thinking of switching her out for Shamrock with his increase defence, speed and decrease speed Uugo, bit of healing and decrease defence and block buffs I don't have Shamael :( I have to time Uugo and Elva's cleanse to get rid of fears which can be a pain.

I love you videos they help when I need it, my hp Burner is teela with hex and leach but have mithrala aswell keep up the great work. On a personal note I have ptsd have had it for 4 years and your videos seem to help if I'm feeling low thanks for that.

There is one thing I'd add to the game.... a "testing" mode... basically, where u select a boss... and in real-time swap gear.... etc. To test champs in real-time, without costing silver and energy. That way to optimize champs artifacts.

I Have Sulfuryion and i absolutly love how simple and powerfull his kit is. he made my spider, hydra and most other dungeons purely for his survivability. If you want to make a guide, i can lend the account. I'm not end game though. im late game

Ash, Skrqtch did a video on falmond you should check out. By purposefully decreasing his turn meter he was able to make falmond hit for 27 mil in 1 hit.

Brother wukong is amazing on hydra he hits so hard and removes buff and block buffs and you don’t care if he dies. Pair him with Emic and Graazur and fight goes nasty

Crypt King has more burn damage then Artak and Geo, Crypt King is in my list just like Yumeko, I see her also in world records teams. And if you mention epics, Godseeker needs to be there also.

Valkanen can reset devour counter. It's not that useful because the counter still continues it's progression regardless if the champion is actually devoured. A new counter appears, yeah, but it doesn't really offer much of an advantage. I am unsure where to use this champion, he's kind of gimmicky in arena

Valkanen is my main arena nuker. I am by no means a competitive arena player, and he gets wrecked by high level polymorph, but here's what I like about him: his secret skill can 1 shot just about any champ (other than rotos or taras) regardless of how many buffs. That means he can take out whoever you want. I have mine with Monkey King - built super slow to nuke. Valk drops Wu, valk kills someone, Wu pops up and wipes the rest. I keep him alive with Duchess and a Bolster set champ (as his passive does funky things when hit under a shield).

Hey, Ash. JD here. This is a good video if you have been playing for a very long time, or are a whale spending tons of cash. But how about showcasing Rares and more Epics that can make up at least good teams for Hydra? I have been playing for little more than a year and am mostly F2P. So, on this list, I have a total of 3 champs. Krixia (who I do use), Maulie, and Geo. I am just now trying to go up against Hydra and am lucky to get 1M+change with my main team. the others are meh at best. I need help.

I do Hydra only when an advanced quest requires I use a Hydra key; then I use a team of unbuilt (no XP, no gear) 2-star & 3-star champs for the shortest fight possible. Hydra keys are useful only for completing quests.
