I pick this game back up in August of 2024 and it has improved soo much from the first year. I have used the Campfire and found that there is a group of roughly 40 people that gather for raid events twice a week like 5 minutes away from where I live. It is super fun to meet up and play with them. Everyone has been very nice. I definitely have gone from rarely going on walks to going at least 3-4 times a week, probably more once it cools off outside.

Either you think "if I spend money on the game, they will implement better features" or you think "I will not spend money on the game until I think Niantic is adding value". ​@@padronic yes, because the lower the attack and higher other stats means more bulk but lower cp. For pve, you want as much attack and bulk to survive hits and hit back, as the cp difference is bigger.

To be fairly honest; I played Pogo when it launched and it was super fun, I went up to lvl 32 with almost all the pokemons caught but left it because it felt more of a side job than a game with all the things they were adding at that time. I came back because one of my best buddies continued playing and was feeling alone so I agreed, but man I have to tell you now it feels 3x worse than before. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to just be a casual player, wich is super sad for a game like this.

Guaranteed lucky trades for 2016-2018caught pokemon do not work like bunny described. 25 lucky Pokemon refer to guaranteed lucky counter(that's not shown in game), and not overall lucky pokemon.

My tip is don't care about shinies. They're no better or worse than other Pokemon and they're more inconvenient and expensive to trade for "better" IVs and more candy.

I have a question. Why does stunfisk's attack meter fill so quickly?! I did the most recent community day for tynamo and got two shiny tynamo and enough candies to evolve one of them to the final evolution level and the other to the second. I have SO. MANY. Yes, you can evolve it for free and then you will have a cooldown period until your next free mega evolution for Charizard. You can evolve early for a reduced amount of mega energy

When you do your pvp search why not include 0attack pokemon? Do they make bad pvp pokemon?

I'll have to disagree on the "catch everything" point a lot of the more useless Pokémon with super low catch rates just aren't worth the 5 to 10 balls they'll take, unless you need the candy for evolving or just like the Pokémon I'd say like 80% of the spawn just aren't worth it. Save your balls for meta relevant stuff and rare stuff imo.

My biggest thing that I want to do is catch and evolve my favourite monsters from gen 1 to 4 if I'm right on the gens I stopped with the games after alpha ruby and omega sapphire, so kyogre and requaza and many other legendaries and mythical Pokémon are on my want list even if I get them through trades. I do want to participate in PVP in the battle league and I'm working on understanding IVs and how they work in retro, and I'm after hundos and shundos too. There are Pokémon I don't care for like trubbish for example and there was one time it was all I saw, but there's tyrunt the adorable bugger that I can't get enough of, and of course the requaza raid even Aug 3rd that I can't solo and don't have the resources (local group and friends) to do so knowing the pokegenie is great of a resource and id love more info
