This guy really just said to land on your heel when youre running. Yeah sure, if you want to break your legs. Please, for the sake of your legs, land on the ball of your foot or near that area, landing on your heel is only asking for a shin splint.

The adidas eqt 93/17 is the most insanely soft boost loaded shoe i ever wore. Ultraboost was always be in my rotation. God tier.

I use the NMD R1’s as a work shoe. And theyre $220 retail here in AUS. The build quality is shocking and for what you get: random engineered mesh, weird bottomed out boost, and the worst tongue ive ever seen, there’s no reason I’d see to not just buy the Ultraboost 1.0 for $260 AUD.

The 3D printed bottom is a problem if you step in mud or dirt. Hard to clean out those little holes.

Don’t agree with the Nmd R1’s they are so flat on the bottom where as ultra boost or ultra4d have arch support I would’ve changed the nmd’s to v2’s or changed them completely to pureboost 23s since they are way more comfortable and offer that arch support and then added the xplr’s over the adilette slides that would’ve been a way better list
