yes. and so is Ooltewah, a town just south west. There's about 18 new subdivisions right now in that town alone. lots is happening, i have a video on it and I plan to do one on Cleveland too.

I know of two contractors who couldn't sell the homes in the development they were building because of the price point. They resorted to selling bare lots to satisfy the bank. There are two homeless shelters and a Salvation Army in Cleveland which has about 75k people. The drug epidemic has hit hard here. Homes in my neighborhood are minimum 200k and there are three trap houses within a half mile of me. Real Estate companies will tell you it's a great place to live but in reality there are only about three manufacturing facilities that pay a living wage and one of them has begun layoffs. My neighbor is 61 and has been there over twenty years and is in fear for her job. I would not recommend moving to Cleveland unless you are retired with plenty of money or want to get involved with the mega church or Lee University. Lee is currently being questioned by the community because they are supposed to be a Christian school yet allow homosexuals to openly practice in campus property. It's nothing to see to male students hold hands or even worse down by the library.
