Al Furjan is shaping up nicely! You’ve got these cool boutique developers like Nabni and Prescott who are working on some nice projects, and the area’s overall infrastructure has gotten a lot better recently. Plus, it’s close proximity to South of Dubai, and upcoming new airport, which should make things even better. It’s a great place to watch, but just a heads up-make sure to pick a reliable developer if you’re thinking about investing or moving there.

@@umairrabbas Thanks for Reply, PSF rate in this area around 1550 to 1650 coat by verious devloper for studios nd 1 bed. Is it worth investing in these rates? Please suggest.

Beware of Dubai South and the problems residents are facing because of the Sewage treatment plant emitting Intense sewage gases and coming into homes. The Pulse District and South Bay beware! The plant is only visible when zooming directly into it's location. The Intensity and frequency of the gases is increasing from 10pm - 9am and it's so intense that residents can't sleep and are getting headaches. The gases are in the air and are suffocating. Too many owners of the units and an unwillingness to post about this issue affecting residents just like the International City plant that made residents sick

@@domwells1985 it's named jAbal Ali Sewage Treatment Plant. Look it up on Google maps and you'll see it's very close to the Pulse Community and South Bay and definitely not in "Jebel Ali"
