I get it. Bendis did some cool things with THE AVENGERS but, not any Hickman or Remender mentioned is quite odd. Stern makes it but, Lee Kirby doesn't. Loved UNDER SEIGE too though. I am an unashamedly loud fan of Steve Englehart's run. But as an AVENGERS fan; the absolute best is Busiek/Perez. Great show, guys! Full of great reads.

All of y'all hitting points that I resonate with. Most writers seem to think big stakes = Throw them into space. But the best Avengers' stories are the ones that feel personal.

I really liked Avengers Rage of Ultron, it's pretty solid and we got Pymtron out of that so it's probably the second best Ultron story.
