It depends on your budget. But you should go with 12700 / 12700k for i7. 12700F is only 1000rs cheaper as compared to 12700. Rest all is fine. For NVMe you can go with 500GB inplace of 250GB

Motherboard output and graphics card output cannot be used parrllely in principle. Also yours is K processor and hence there is no iGpu and hence you can't use motherboard output.
