I think the did a hot fix to correct the nsx if you built before hot fix your good but if you’re trying to build after patch you can get 3.6 0-60 and the speed is maxed at 126ish.

Nearly all the builds on KZbin don’t work anymore bc almost everything was nerfed or buffed. The testarossa can’t be in a tier any lower than a or a+

I think you are doing something wrong. Testarossa can absolutely still be used in B tier. I just used it yesterday in many races for B tier pvp. (edit: I haven't actually checked this build, my Testarossa is a little different, however trust me, you'll see plenty of Testarossa's every time B class pvp comes into the rotation)
