The pedestrian doesn't kill his self its just that in the beta map of gta San Andreas he tuck a pic then he walked to another place right in front of him and tuck another pic but rock star put a river in the middle of the city and the forest area and they for got to change his path so he walks just how Rock Star program him in the beta version.
