Dude, you are amazing! Hands down this is the best video for anyone who's looking for a new Keyboards or Mouse! Keep it up!

Roccat Ryos MK FX RGB keyboard & Roccat Leadr mouse work together, and almost every key/button can be macro'd. The software uses the CAPS Lock key on the keyboard, and there's a dedicated button under the thumb on the mouse, which does the same thing for either device, and enables the double key option. So when you've set your macros or key combos or whatever else you choose, you can bind them to the secondary option of whatever key/button(s) you prefer to use. I think it's something like 150 ish extra key/button options :)

I ended up buying myself a wacom tablet a while back. was super weird at first but I basically forced myself to use it for everything for a while. Now it's weird using a mouse.
@DennysTips7 жыл бұрын
I hear that happens to a lot... personally I haven't been good at using a tablet. I've used 4 different tablets in my life but I still prefer using a mouse most of the time. But a tablet is definitely something people should try out.

Hi Denny, I really find your videos very useful so firstly, Thank you for making them. In this video, you mentioned that one frequently used shortcut is "Convert to Smart Object", as well as zooming and scrolling up and down panels. I am also looking to optimize that way that I work, and I wanted to ask you what are some of macro actions or keyboard shortcuts that you bind to your mouse or keyboard keys? I ask so that I can get some inspiration, for some useful productivity tips. Would be great if you write a list or do a video, on macros or shortcuts that really boost productivity in PS. Thanks Denny!

Hi Jake! I have a section of macro keys for switching between Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, Audition, etc. I keep the most important shortcuts on my mouse so that if I switch to my laptop (no macro keys), I still have the macro buttons from my mouse.

Very good video, that you for the information. I am going to have to upgrade my keyboard and mouse, I never thought about it before but you video did a good job of highlighting the benefits. One thing, I don’t know if you are using the automatic transcriber built into KZbin, but some of the words are off. Example when you said corsair it said core, and there is a few others. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

These macro button mice look perfect for what I am after except I want the buttons on the right side of the mouse so I can use the mouse with my left hand while using the wacom cintiq pen with my right on the drawing display. I guess if its wireless then I could perhaps change the orientation so as to make it work for my left hand?

Sad there's no lefties-friendly nor ambidextrous gamepad/macrokeypad 😑 I'm a commuter person, so i use my laptop most of the time. I drew with my left hand. And it's sure is annoying to press hotkeys scattered anywhere in the keyboard with my right hand. G13 is the best option though i wont be using the thumb key so much because it'll be located near my pinkie anyway, but it's very hard to find in my country. Meanwhile i used my G300s mouse macros.
@DennysTips7 жыл бұрын
Ah definitely less selection if you're lefty. I'm currently using the G13 as a spare macro keypad. It's really good but I wish they had a smaller version.

Have you checked out the Logitech G602? I love this for selecting tools with the 6 buttons on the side. Great for Lightroom/Photoshop use, has a very long battery life, and more durable textured surface instead of the rubberized surfaces that I have found wear down on all previous Logitech mice I've used.

Hello Denny, what do you think of the G602? It's wireless and has more side buttons than the other two Logitech mice you mentioned.
@DennysTips7 жыл бұрын
It looks pretty good. I think the button and shape of a mouse is more of your personal preference. But performance wise, the biggest difference is going from a non-gaming mouse to a gaming-mouse. The difference between the different types of gaming mouse is minimal.

I am crazy....I have the G700s for a while and I love it so much that I've bought 2 more as a back-up! :) (of course it has its issues with the battery going very fast so it's wired, but small price to pay..) Today I bought my Corsair K65 RGB LUX and I am very, Very happy with it, I grabbed two..Black friday 60% off :D Thanks for this review

You're right... wow I can't believe how cheap the G300s is! Currently it's on sale on Amazon for $30 CAD. The specs for it is really good. Great for left-hand users too.
