You’ll need LuckPerms for that! You can give permissions and exactly determine who can use what commands. I’ve made a tutorial about it here on the channel. I would recommend checking it out!

Most plugins do. They might give no OP players some commands like /help or /rules. But a permissions plugin like LuckPerms is strongly recommended
