I'm back with the wifey and this time she's checking out a selection of Montale fragrances. I tried to include a couple of my favorites along with some of their bigger sellers. I have a bunch of other Montale fragrances so we may revisit this house in the future. Thanks for watching!

Oudmazing might be the niche version of Ultra Male that women can actually wear. It has that pear note that is unique and rare in fragrances that drive women wild.

So I'm looking to get my first niche scents so I started looking into a few houses that dont cost a half of months rent and came up with tha list below any help would be much appreciated ...Just a FYI I very much dislike Invictus its way to sweet for my liking ...Another disclaimer is that I haven't smelled anything on my niche list I'm not around any high end shops so I'm looking to narrow down the samples I'll have to buy online ....Maybe 1 niche pick for spring\summer and 1 for fall/winter ... Glad you started with the drydown. Openings mean little to me. If you love Honey Aoud have you tried Floris Honey Oud? I get compliments on it even though I’m not a honey fan.

I really trust Chelsey's nose but I'm an Oud lover to the core. I'd probably go for Oudmazing #1, Honey Aoud #2 Intense Cafe #3, Red Aoud #4 and Chocolate Greedy #5. I really want to smell Black Aoud Intense, Cuir d'Arabie, Dark Aoud, Full Incense and Red Vetyver in a competition! Thanks for the review!

Last week I was in Abu dhabi and I bought Mancera Black Gold and Cedrat boisse. Black Gold is amazing - May I request you to do top 5 Mancera ?

The montale oud is so potent and chemical, I just can't really wear their oud dominant offerings, like black aoud, although I do acknowledge its trailblazer status since it arrived on the market long before oud became a fad. Luckily for me, Montale makes non-oud frags too, some of which are outstanding, like red vetyver, patchouli leaves, boisé vanillé. And even some frags that have oud in the name only, such as aoud leather and aoud forest. The latter is a superb aquatic rose on me that always gets me a ton of compliments, even from random people like cabbies and food delivery.

I love coffee so I soooo wanted to like the Intense café, but I don't much smell the coffee, only sometimes and only in traces. I smell mostly Roses which I'm not that big fan of, so for me this is a no. I wish I could try Ristretto cafe intense but so far I haven't been able to find the sample and I don't want to commit to the whole bottle blindly. I do however, and was very surprised, on how much I liked Chocolate greedy so I'm actually thinking about getting that one.

Goodnight!!! I have a question based on the MONTALE brand. A few weeks ago I made my first purchase of the Montale brand of SLIVER AUOD, but I noticed that the perfume bottle was not completely full ... the bottle itself did not weigh anything. therefore I made the claim on the notino page that was where I bought it, and they asked me to return it to send me a new one ... yesterday I made the return .. On the other hand, today I receive another MONTALE perfume that I bought a few days ago, AND IT IS ALSO not completely full. My question is, do MONTALE perfumes ALWAYS COME IN THIS STATE?

Yes, they always come like that. They're very light weight and filled a little more than halfway of the actual bottle/tin. It fakes out people if they've never had a Montale before, but that's how they come.

Intense cafe. It smells natural. Like a signature. Actually it should be intense rose. The coffee is undetectable it just rounded the rose note.

I really like Montale because of the huuuge variety of Oud combos.. and they seem pretty affordable for niche fragrances if I'm not mistaken.. as always though brother, reaally enjoyable and enganging videos, I always look forward to them !!

Aoud Forest, Arabians, Red Vetiver, and Fougeres Mariens are my favorites from Montale. They must have at least 50 oud fragrances.

Very good guys, i got a few montales from beaut spin recently too, insane prices, red vetyver i am liking, got a decant of it a few years back from mickers and always wanted a FB. Sweet oriental dream, honey aoud and blue amber are my faves, so far.

Have you ever tried Aoud Cuir D'Arabie? That is probably one of the funkiest fragrances I've ever tried. I actually really like it but it's almost completely unwearable IMO.

Ryan Frazier To me chocolate greedy smells like what you would expect it to smell like in a nice chocolate store. I don’t like it for the first 3 to 5 minutes, but then it settles down and is really nice. But smells are subjective.

I was really hoping Black Aoud would be featured...I haven't tried it but based on all my reading/research, this seems to be the one for me. The sheer number of Montale fragrances, along with having difficulty sampling/testing them, makes it so hard to blind buy just one.

P.S. never heard of a chocolate jellybean before, it must be an American thing. In Australia the black jellybeans have an infamous liquorice/aniseed kinda taste. You either love it or hate it, personally I love it.
