Bought a $40 one (not this but similar) off Amazon 4 years ago after a major shoulder reconstruction. Extensive use and still going strong. Get one like this with the ‘sling’. You can use the sling to position and regulate pressure in any position, or just not use the sling on your calf’s, etc. I was in a sling for 12 months (multiple operations), so the sling kept my shoulder in position.

Guys be careful! I bought the #1 neck massager referenced in this video. It only lasted 2 months! First the stitching popped, the the rotating device completely fell out. And it was like $65!! Ridiculous!!
