Reading Dear John for the first time by accident has touched me in so many ways. I didn't even remember how long did I ever manage to recover from the loneliness brought by his father's isolation from the world due to asperger but still managed to be a dad to him. Some of these are not exactly sweet or cheesy, not happy endings at all perhaps showing the non-movie like and reality of love...but still, these are beautiful films who mainly talks about love or what love is. Not the typical plot that one or both of the main character is sick and dying or they will have a huge fight and then one of them will fix the relationship when the other is about to leave. I don't know. The girl's act in Love Story was poor at best. Splendor was not that well guided or directed or acted, although I feel for Natalie Wood since I believe she was murdered and the law didn't and doesn't care. I prefer romance movies to other movies because romance movies convey human emotions well such as joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure. I watched 'The Notebook' among the movies introduced in this video. The movie moved me and became my favorite romance movie. I also want to see other romance movies introduced in this video.
