I thought the kerker stout would've made the cut. Would you prefer the kerker stout are the bassani dnt's with the rcx headers?

It's not really a preference thing, we're just going off of people's purchases with us. I would go with whichever one sounded better to me, so my preference and yours might not be exactly the same. They're both solid options and somewhat similar, so I don't think you'll end up too far off either way.

Love all the mufflers. but might want to remind installer that the right side slip on has a clamp too, jus say'n , right side slip on loose on all but maybe one bike shown.

We're putting these on one after another and just revving them up for sound purposes Rick, so we don't spend a lot of time on replacing clamps. They get worn out anyway, so when we're all done we leave a new clamp on.

Any chance you could do this comparison on a stock tourer versus a Stage 2 or 3 like you have in this video?

Not much of one, we aren't going to put the stock cam back in the bike. Keep in mind a cam doesn't change the tone, just the cadence at idle

Well first thing these sound good on this bike but that's not a stock bike there's a pretty good cam in there and that makes alot of that sound that a stock bike aint gonna have

There's no riddle Dennis, when we do 10 of these in a day and take them right back off we don't tighten the clamps down to spec.

Was wondering if anyone else noticed that then I thought yeah they must just slip them on and not tighten the clamp to save time and get a video done before dinner time.

I think the video isn't fair, Most people aren't going to have all the goodies that this bike has so it's DEFINITELY not going to sound the same.

The only goodies it has is headers and a cam. Many bikes have headers and the cam only really changes how it sounds at idle. It's also a great way for people too see the potential that the M8 has rather than it's natural stock lameness.

I really don't understand how you can't see that's it's not apples for apples... this is why a salesman gets a bad name for being deceitful not totally honest..... Anyways that's my 2cents

@@wwclt We have done videos with almost every pipe with the stock headers as well. If you go through our video library you'll see that and we clearly marked them with Stock headers or with aftermarket headers so you can get an idea of the sound both ways. That wasn't the point of this video, here we're showing our top 5 slip ons at their fullest potential and we're not hiding the add ons. All of these pipes still sell in the same order, whether it's for stock headers or aftermarket. If there was a muffler you liked you should go back and take a look at what they sounded like on stock headers. There's a few that we started selling after we removed our stock headers and we're not going to put them back on and re-tune just for a sound clip. Hope that makes sense, there's no deceit here.
