Oxygen Destroyer was great! Another thrash album I enjoyed from this year that played in a similar speed (although not *all* the time) was Toba by the Chilean band Mayhemic-it’s just KILLER! 🤘🏻

Metal Trenches was right. It was a bang average album from a band with usually great albums. Nice list though, apart from Exhorder. Nice to see people mentioning Korrosive

@@Oldy-Sepulchre The Exhorder album certainly seems to be divisive. It's generating a lot of opposing opinions. Much as I like it, I can understand why it wouldn't appeal to every metalhead. My mention of Metal Trenches' ranking was something of an offhand, hyperbolic comment.

I have them all including the dealers choice, when it comes to body count for some reason the rapping/soft voices are weird on metal... But since you like them and they incorporated max cavalera and corpsegrinder I have to check them out. Great job.

I love you, Jon, but damn this list is poor by your standards. Your number 1 is awesome, and Vicious Blade was a fantastic album, but the rest are nowhere near top 5 level. Exhorder was one of the most disappointing albums of the year. It should be illegal not to include Mayhemic and Critical Defiance haha. I still love your channel though.
