The LA Rams stadium is not in Los Angeles California. It is located in Inglewood California, Inglewood has nothing to do with Los Angeles even though the name of the team is the Los Angeles Rams. By the way it will not be completed in 2019 more likely 2020 this is an update as of 10-4-2019, 12:47 PM, PST. 🐢🐢🐢

The stadium is in Inglewood. But Inglewood is a city located in Los Angeles County. So, technically, yes the stadium is in Los Angeles(County)... By the way, both the Lakers and Kings played at the Forum in Inglewood for decades and they both used the name Los Angeles. So, take it easy it's not that serious...
