Hmmm i whole heartedly disagree. These are not essentials. I didn't need them. Only had engorgement and leaking week 2 & 3 post partum and then a few days around weeks 7/8. Generally a lot of women will have a good regulation and the body adjusts quickly. I don't have any mates (4 kids each) who needed any of these. 🤷♂️ I used the Haaka only to make Ice Lollys during the summer. Soft sports bras work effectively for nursing they have stretch to pull down. Saved me so much money not buying new clothing when I already had the soft sports bras. Breast cover not essential. I used mine 3 or 4 times was a waste of money and added bulk. I wore a khimar OR a large Swaddle and I used that all the time even on a 12 hour flight, holiday, shopping etc etc. Again if you have khimars or swaddles save your dosh! I made the mistake of buying muslin clothes over 15 and I didn't need that at all I only needed max 5. Bubba had no spit up. Maybe once. Now I use them for clean up after food I went them with soap and wipe bubba down - that's been the most useful. And I bought the expensive Aden brand what a waste. Aden and Anis large Muslin swaddles can be toed and used a breast feeding cover cool - breezey. I think these items are options if people want to spend the money but not needed definitely not Essential. Even though bubba has a slight posterior tongue tie never needed any shields or covers. Best thing to do is see a licensed lactation consultant.
