My EDC is a canik tp9 elite s/c blackout. The best out of the box triggers out there and this is saying alot. I put my life on my canik daily. Excellent price for one of the best pistols out there and all the extras that you get with it for the price is mind-blowing. Team Canik! If TTI has been working with Canik says enough for me. Love my Canik and recommend them to all.

IMO the Mete SF should be on this list over the TP9 SF but other than that it's a great list, that's why I own them all lol

@@GanMan7 SORRY, THIS WILL BE A LONG ANSWER. Keep in mind this is my experience with my Rival S, other people have had issues with their Rivals, yet some seem to run flawlessly and are highly praised. I clean and oil my guns religiously so they are ready to provide me ultimate performance at all times. I own 2 Canik Rivals, started with a standard polymer framed Rival trophy (burnt bronze slide) I bought brand new, that pistol has been flawless from day one, so great my wife claimed it as her pistol. Bought the Rival S (used) as soon as I could find one, the experience with it vs the polymer frame has not been the same. Yes, bought my Rival S used because that's all I could find at the time, they were quite popular, and it should not matter. First time out I had several failure to extract issues, could not get through a single magazine without the next round loading into the back of the spent casing that was not extracted/ejected. Happened once or twice per 18rnd magazine, the polymer Rival did not have any issues that day as normal. After a thorough cleaning of the pistol and magazines, I tried again and the issue was even worse the second time out. I contacted CAI, told them about my on going issue & all the details: purchased the gun used, what ammo I was shooting (Blazer & PMC), I cleaned the gun/magazines, properly oiled, etc. CAI customer service is great, said he would send me new replacement parts, and wanted me to get a video of the issue if I could. Third time out I had a new "toy" to play with (dwx) so my Rival S did not get much attention but I needed to record the issue if I could. So with someone else recording I shot 3 magazines back to back through the pistol and the gun ran perfect (of course). Fourth time out I had the issue happen again once or twice during the day, but not as bad as the other range times. Eventually I received a new extractor, extractor spring & spring plunger in the mail from CAI (they were out of stock for some time). Not sure if I have shot it since installing the new parts but the overall experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for the Rival S, again the standard Rival has been perfect. In the end I wish I had spent more $ on a steel frame Walther, CZ, Beretta, or something else.
