Nowadays they changed rules to provide internship but practically it's not possible. Universities may give you internship certificate but no internship as number of students are many times more than the available infrastructure in their hospitals.

Bosnia is not at all safe destination. Situation can be worsened any time like what happened in Ukraine. I will suggest the best is Russia, Georgia is also okay, Malayasia is also not justified since it willn't provide licence

@@eee1999 Ok but quality of education in India is much better than Bulgaria. India ranks 31st in quality where Bulgaria ranks 49th. So I will not suggest if u want to practice in India. If u want to go to USA, no problem

@@eee1999 USA, Germany, France, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, Turkey Only these countries are suitable for MBBS from India. I will suggest not to go abroad if u r not well determined to become a doctor, only go if u have this situation, I will commit suicide if I dont become a doctor, because many people cannot cooperate. 50℅ of the students face multiple problems, so they dont get proper knowledge about medicine, thus they fail to crack licensing exam in India. Remember, its 6 years, everyday you will go to college. Best of Luck

Very confusing apart from Russia. You mentioned many countries name that we are not aware of and bypassed Bangladesh. NMC passing rate is highest and consistant over the years for the Bangladeshi graduated Indian students. Not sure how far your is your reseach is applicable for the students.
