Yes to everything but the key cover. The bronco key is already ridiculously big and adding something that makes it even a little bit thicker is a no go.

I'm really surprised that with the auto start feature from the phone and the wireless key start, you can't just use your phone via the app as your key.

My 2023 Bronco is slated to be in production, next month. Couple of my first accessories will be dashcam and wheel lock kit, primarily for peace of mind, knowing nothing is foolproof.

Congrats on getting closer to smacking the pavement with that beast! After driving for a week or two look at the comment that i posted above and see if those items could fit the bill! By the way, the best dashcam on the market (currently) is the VIOFO A139 Pro (the only one that features STARVIS 2). The price is decent as well!

Nice intro ! When I clicked on the video I didn’t see the channel name. Immediately I was thinking “this guy trying to be Cowboy Bebop?!” Then I seen the name come across the bronco & had a really good laugh!! #1 day one mode. MUDFLAPS at least on the front. It’ll save your door. Also a Body matched paint pin is also essential.

My list is slightly different, first off depending on what you use your Bronco for will make a difference. If it's just a grocery getter, than yeah some of those things make great sense. But if you using it off road then probable not as important. First, I would say hood struts, If you have an on board ARB system and are adding air to your tires or what ever else, then having the hood open with struts are the way to go and very cheep. Two, I agree with the rubber floor mats, but expand that to all areas. Well worth the investment. Three, I have the grabs handles above door, I can't tell you how many times I use them for getting in the Bronco and or just resting my arm on the door and grabbing them. Four, This is not cheep but a great investment is the Rockslide Engineering auto steps. If you have a lift on your vehicle having these steps are a huge help when off road or if you have younger or older people in and out of the Bronco, plus they make great door ding guards protector. Most vehicles hit the Rockslider instead of my doors or painted body parts. And lastly, Door sill guards, with muddy shoes or anything else on your feet it's just an easy cheep way to protect the sill.

I have a bunch of stuff waiting to add to cart at a click of a button and some things like you mention can be purchased before, but through my experience on other items I plan to wait until I get my Bronco as at times on other vehicles something better has become available that I wish I gotten. I already have the relocation front plate . Definitely what you show is a must that can protect from damage. I have yet to see anyone install a mirror dash cam and that is something to consider as I would mount the rear camera above the third brake light so that the rear tire does not obstruct the view like the OEM mirror. Will wait to see how bad it is before I get one though.

My list (doesn’t include dashcam. I agree they are necessary for peace of mind. However, i don’t consider it a mod as much as an add-on since it doesn’t enhance any features or functions.): 1) Suma Performance Wide Angle Mirrors (this mod has no equal and could literally save you thousands of dollars as well as save lives) 2) Aeroskin Hood Protector (lip at the back of the protector helps deflect stones and debris up and over the windshield) 3) Ronin Easy Oil Drain Plug (for those that prefer to perform their own oil changes) 4) Course Motorsports phone mount (looks OEM and and doesn’t expose your phone above the dash) 5) Gas Struts 5a - Redline Tuning Hood Struts (great company, great mod) 5b - IAG Performance V2 EZ-Lift Soft Top Assist (a no-brainer for soft top owners, indispensable) I have every mod you could think of and these 5 always bring a smile to my face! You will thank me for it later!

Im with ya on the cargo mat and the dash cam. locking lugs arent worth much and do people even steel wheels any more. the door sill gaurd is kinda silly its an offroad truck ment to do offroad things its gonna get beat up. and the key fob is rather stupid now ya have to fight with that junk any time you want to lock the glovebox or console which you should do if you have the soft top or tops are off

The problem I have with all of the cargo mats on the market is that none of them allow for the use of the stocks hooks without lifting up the corners of the mat.

You can cut openings for them. The OEM mat has the spots marked on back. Of course the drawback is it's sort of not waterproof anymore once you've cut into it.

a forscan-compatible OBD-II read/writer. There're so many annoying settings you can only change with one. You might have a local hacker space that could loan you one for day-1 critical things, but then what will you do 1-30 years from now when new hacks come out?

Well, the door sills, cargo mat,hood struts,engine cover and hood insulation should be standard items on the bronco!!! Think about the price you’re paying for these vehicles!

Definitely important if you have the base system, but I don't think that's a "day one" mod for most people. 🙂
