I use an Oroton tote I recently bought - their Liberty Tote in sky blue. Pretty similar to the price point and usage as the La Pliage (which I also use for work) and in saffiano to virtually unbreakable. I also use work organisers as can’t be hunting for bus tickets every morning, lol!

I laughed when you said "everyone and their grandma has it". Here in the states, you can walk into a store almost everyone and their grandma carry the Neverfull (although most of them are fakes). That is why I prefer not to carry it.

Just a tip!! Longchamp actually helps sew those frayed holes you mentioned before you let them get too big if you bring them into the store, they really stand by their product. So if you can find a boutique and wait a few weeks for them to repair, its worth it vs. buying a new one!

I also use a Neverfull D.Azure Mm , an old Celine similar to Neverfull but with a zipper and a Furla tote bag

Super helpful.... Can you do a review on the lightest hard wearing workbags please. Like a top 3? I find mulberry too heavy but the understated look is lovely been looking for a good work bag for over a year and yet to find one... 😊

So agree with you about the corners of the Longchamp, no matter how careful to use, those corners become bad looking (I own two, and all unique collections, can’t image to see “holes” in the future 😂 🙈)... That’s why I just invest in LV Neverfull, and want to it how it goes. Order is on the way 😬

Tip for anyone wanting a longchamp bag: they are cheaper in Europe! If you’re ever on vacation you should definetly check it out, here in Belgium the large tote bag is a little more than €70!

I personally don’t like open bag like totes for work purpose. Work bag for me has to be slightly structured for more professional look and preferably can fit A4 size. My current fav work bag that I own are: Hermes Kelly 35, Mulberrry Strap Bayswater, Mulberry Zip Bayswater, YSL SDJ and LV Popincourt.
