I also wanna add the named W&H bag called "Matador" with perfect adrenaline rush. its such a good talent for hyper agressive play styles for both PvP and PvE and its also super versatile. You can pair it with unbreakable, Intimidate, obliterate or spotter and it still have a lot of success.

I cannot debate Fox's and Contractor's, these are meta damage items. The other 3 though...nice but lower in tier imo :P I can't imagine taking the other 3 over say.. .Chainkiller, Dark Winter and The White Death., perhaps Shield Spinterer and maybe The Sacrifice/The Gift. Okay that's more than 3 lol, but I feel like these items are way more necessary and useful overall. Picaro's though, would be such a different story if they let us roll red core as promised, I still use it all the time mainly in a hybrid skill build.

It should at least have a 20% damage attribute role. It's just really hard for me to consider it when you don't *need* that blue core and you get more damage from a more build-focused red core item. A clever Ninjabike build is about the only time I really see its potential since it becomes a tri-core then.

@@RogueGold yup, variety and individuality is always good. It's always player's choice. With my comment, though, I was just trying to look beyond even what I would use; but there are so many other good named items out there. Again, not knocking on Picaro's I use it a lot but on limited builds. I feel like some people put Picaro's in their build "for the sake of Picaro's" or "because blue core" and that is really selling that beautiful holster short. But for Kard Custom and Chill Out, we're gonna have to agree to disagree there lol. Those are nowhere near the top 10 for me haha.

I have a potentially stupid question , If I change thre global difficulty from normal to hard would I have to replay the (story)game again? I only ask as I have only played on normal and a few missions were done on hard after I had played the campain

The only thing that comes with changing difficulty is that it will reset all captured control points.

Nope! All it does is scale your global difficulty upwards, making open world activities more difficult. Campaign progress is fully separate and will never be taken away from you

I was able to get the tdi card from a named item cache that you get at the countdown vendor. Extremely lucky I guess, but does that mean it’s possible to get other dz or harder to get named items from caches??

Beyond the DZ, DZ Exclusive named items can come from: Named Caches, DZ/Countdown Vendors, and if they were part of a past Season- Legacy Caches

Hey! That's definitely odd. Are you just trying to do the regular version (around level 12-18, if I'm not mistaken?), or is it the Invaded version later on? Also are you sure it's saying "mission completed" at the end, and that there's not an extra button you need to press or anything like that before you're leaving the mission area?

I rock foxes and contractor's with the ninja and it makes sense to do so. Other top tier brands are providence (on AR buolds), Walker (which actually I often use in place of contractors now) and Sokolov.

Nearly everything is a multiplicative damage. Even Weapon Damage multiplies to your base damage. Dmg to out of cover works the same way as Weapon Dmg... it adds with itself and multiplies with the core damage of your weapon. The only reason it is good, is because of basic math... the more you have, the less impactful it is, and since you have almost no Dmg to out of cover, it turns out to be extremely good to improve it. So whenever you say Out of cover dmg is good because it is multiplicative, it does not make much sense because it works the exactly same way as Weapon Damage, Total Weapon Damage, Dmg to health, dmg to armor... Some stuff that stack in a multiplicative way is anything that uses the word Amplify, so it always multiplies and never adds. Other stuff too, like the stacks from Hunter Fury and Striker they multiply with themselves instead of adding.

The Sacrifice is easily one of the most amazing Named Items in the game, with Perfect Glass Cannon giving you a massive 30% bonus to all damage sources but at a staggering 60% incoming damage received penalty so it's not for the faint of heart. Thankfully it's not a PvP exclusive so it's fairly easy to get. Similarly the Zero F's is also incredibly good especially for new players as it fully restores up to 90% of your armor when your armor gets broken and it too can easily be target farmed. Last item I would list is The Emperor's Guard for the 1% armor Regen talent however it is pretty damned rare and sadly it is PvP exclusive.

They are not. The Chill Out was mistakenly in the General Loot Pool for a short period long ago, but it's now exclusive to the holiday event window. The Kard is a DZ exclusive, but can be obtained via the same bypass methods that all other DZ exclusives have

I'd argue Chill Out shouldn't be on the list just from its basically unacquirable status (outside of its event month). Not sure if it's a worthy replacement, but I love the Everyday Carrier. Granted, it may be more niche for higher skilled, high dps players, it's very valuable for more average players on harder, longer engagements with fewer enemies (fewer things like armor on kill procs), like rogue and hunter encounters can be. Especially hunters since you can't utilize a lot of healing skills.

Fox's prayer is not one of the best named items. That 3% is not worth replacing better gear that can give more than 1 bonus stat. The named HnK chest and backpack are beyond better than that because they same manufacturer they give 2 piece bonus which is dmg to armor and .

None of your choices are even close to good except tdi kard custom. But as you said must be in your hands to get the skill tier. And no tdi kard custom is NOT dark zone exclusive just like few others . I never step foot in dz and i have pinprick and tdi multiple times
