Ok so quick update.... i should have totally had the AT-WAD over the S21 for this DLC video which is perfectly fine anyways because if you want the rlg-7 you'll get the AT-WAD in the same pack so i guess it works itself out

That is exactly what I was going to say. For one character, I didn't have a spare Kpist, so thought I'd use the AD-WAD - by the time that character reached level 31 I reckoned it to be the second best weapon in the game after the 5* AL-76. Small mag, but high rate of fire and quick reload. Terrific from the hip, which makes it great for when you are overwhelmed by a pack of dogs.

For what it's worth, the Vintkovka 1891's real world counterpart is the Russian Mosin Nagant M91-30. I have one. It shoots 7.62x51R rounds. It is actually loaded by that five round clip you see in the reload animation (I don't have the clips, it can be loaded one round at a time, it holds 5 rounds, 6 if you're slick with the internal magazine and your thumb). They were also modified into sniper rifles simply by attaching a scope with a bracket that attaches to the left side of the receiver to clear the travel of the bolt and using 7N1 ammo...just hotter ammo. These Mosins were made all over eastern Europe before and during WWII and standard issue in the Russian infantry until the 1960's. The one I have was made in Tula Russia in 1945, still works flawlessly. Man, that thing packs a punch! There are videos of folks making 1000 yard gong shots with these things.

Just got a few weapon packs and I'm a bit bummed. I'm still very early game and they seem OP. Went from grey one crown weapons to decked out blue crown with all the attachments just from the weapon packs. Perhaps I can disable until I'm further in the game and it doesnt feel like cheating anymore. *EDIT* I ended up recycling all of the DLC stuff I got, if I find it in the world it's fair game. I'd suggest this if you want to use DLC weapons without making the first half of the game too easy.

So, are DLC weapons weighted differently when it comes to drop chance? I swear I get more 4/5 tier AT-WADs/attachments for it than every other gun combined.

honestly at-wads do seem to have an insane drop rate compared to every other gun in game i reckon!

I hope so. I scored a 4 crown at wad, that disappeared with my good red dot sight. I don't like hearing this is an issue with the game. I am totally enjoying this game. just tried it on the PS4 and got all the weapon packs.

Can't argue with the weapons in the list, unless it's ranking. I have the PM-71 as the top weapon with the 5 crown extended mag. I also put the machine disarmer augmentation on it. Absolutely shreds Tanks, Wolfs, and Harvesters. I put the P 90 second to snipe warbirds

I can't stand the s21 personally the iron sights are really bad when you want to accurately shoot anything at a distance with max fire rate and its scope is too much of a zoom in to justify not using an actual sniper, why no red dot or 1-4x scope. its a shame cause I really like this weapon but it's just not fun to use because of the iron sights.

So the U.S, Europe, and Soviet weapon packs are the recommended DLC packs to get.

Its in a weapon pack, but you get one when you buy it, and if you own the pack you can get them by killing machines

Do I have to get to a certain point of the game before they give me my DLC weapons? I bought the DLC packs and my weapons are not in storage.
