Thanks for this overview! I gotta say though, not a fan of the new grey in the Lapponias. Really would like to buy this boot but I sure wish y’all would’ve brought the brown color back as another option atleast. Just my preference for a hunting boot!

I have the Thor 2 and love them, but the new altitude boot looks awesome. The Thor is a tad to stiff for me.

Lapponia ll or the altitudes ...one do it all run and gun kinda boot ? From early season scouting, archery elk and deer ,to possibly January deer in desert climates? Can't choose please help

Both are going to do pretty well as a run and gun boot. Altitudes have a little more technical fit and a little more support, but the Lapponias are lighter and have better ground feel.

I bought the Colorado II from you guy's and the insole is absolute garbage..Great boot for quality, but I'd recommend replacing the insole.

Sorry to hear that. The ones they come with are very generic, because it's hard to fit every foot. With any foot it's always better to replace the insoles.

100% agree....was going to return boots , but changed it out with a used insole from another boot.....night and day difference in feel of the boot. For the price and quality of the boot, why put a useless insole in a quality boot....doesn't make sense.
