Currently helis need a adjustment to the hovering animation it gives a second on rocket launchers to prep on you. Also with how heavily lights were built up and how unfavorable the legacy tank hunter was there isn't many helis out there. I know my last L4 I was the only active heli user. Also helis do struggle on their own but are meant to be in a rally. However vanguard yes does more damage but liberty is the best due to the ability to outrun lights and other fast units if you need to retreat. Also it has better durability and is she ond best in firepower. I do agree they are meta but they just need an adjustment to improve the survival chances. Hovering animation I mean lowering down to attack they either need to speed it up or do away with it.
