Right said about metallic band for watches - goes with semi formal attire. And also, laced shoes complete the attire, the monk straps just about break the rules, elegantly. The shirts close cut to body are well complemented with a Jacket/Blazer/Tuxedo. And the top button undone - even Mafia Managers dress better. But you can say, ours is a tropical country
